If you take orders on the phone and deliver, this is the part you want, and it is the one part the cheapest plan does not carry — nor the free trial. Your shop page is public, so we put it up for a paying account only: a page that goes dark in a fortnight costs you customers instead of winning them.

Real SMS costs money to send, so it is charged per message. Replying to a customer inside the system inbox is free, and so is every reminder you handle yourself.

Questions about paying

Before you put money in.

What do I get during the 14 free days?

Everything, with no limits — unlimited branches and unlimited staff logins, whatever plan you end up on, so you can try the whole system on your real shop before you decide what to pay for. One thing waits: selling online. Your shop page faces your customers, so we only put it up for a paying account. You can see the screen and what it does during the trial.

Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?

Almost nothing is held back. All 58 features listed on this page are in every plan, the cheapest included. The single exception is selling online — the shop page, online orders and delivery — which comes with Helium at UGX 65,000/mo. Otherwise the plans differ only in how many branches and staff logins you get.

What happens after the 14 days?

The system stops until you choose a plan — you will not be able to sell from it. Nothing is deleted, though: everything you entered over the two weeks is still there the moment you pay, and you carry on from where you stopped.

Is there a setup fee?

No. And on the yearly plan the setting up is included — we configure the system, enter your first 60 items with prices and stock counts, and train you and your staff at your shop or ours.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Open a third branch, or decide you want to sell online, and we move you up; the data stays where it is. Message us and we adjust it.

Does it do EFRIS?

Not yet. Today NEXUSPOS prepares your VAT, sales and purchases in the format URA asks for, which is what most shops need. Direct EFRIS fiscalisation is being built — if that is the reason you are buying, ask us where it stands before you pay.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Export everything to CSV whenever you want. Nothing locks you in.
